With nearly two decades of experience in the fields of corporate strategy, business and social entrepreneurship, social work and capacity development, Lina Hamdan has impacted the lives of over 10,000 youth, women, entrepreneurs, refugees and professionals in the MENA and GCC regions, and the United States.
Working with governments, private sector enterprises, non-profit organizations, and UN agencies, gave Lina a unique skillset that she leveraged to lead effective teams that delivered high impact projects.
She has also led economic and social empowerment initiatives, as well as cohesion and psychosocial programs addressing local communities and vulnerable groups, in addition to providing entrepreneurship support and professional coaching.
As a professional start-up and SMEs advisor and entrepreneur enabler, she has mentored and coached many young graduates, entrepreneurs and women, to grow professionally, enhance their psychosocial wellbeing, and helped facilitate their access to the market.
Lina developed a number of professional manuals and conducted 500+ workshops and training sessions, and participated in many inspiring speaking engagements.
She continues to leverage her network of experts, research skills, and utilizes data and best practices to provide evidence-based program development and assessment.
